US-based AMETEK Surface Vision, an expert provider of online surface inspection solutions, has appointed Jacqueline Peintinger as product marketing manager to drive customer engagement and product development.

In this new role for AMETEK, Ms Peintinger’s primary responsibilities will be developing and implementing an international marketing strategy with a strong focus on global event management and digital marketing with lead-generation initiatives.

Voice of Customer (VOC) is also key to this role, with active market research being undertaken through ongoing customer and partner site visits to understand the challenges they face. Ms Peintinger will take a proactive and strategic approach to develop initiatives to further meet these challenges.

Ms Peintinger said: “With the experience I have previously gained in sales and marketing for leading international companies in the metals industry, I am excited about the opportunity to also dive into other industries and their needs that use our technology like batteries, paper and plastics. I am looking forward to working both internally and externally to support and further improve customer partnerships and our technologies to meet industry challenges.”

Ms Peintinger will be reporting to Breck Lewis, director of product management, who said: “This is an important role for AMETEK Surface Vision. We recognise that listening to our customers and addressing their challenges is key, and Jacqueline’s leadership in optimising and executing Surface Vision's marketing strategy will be invaluable in supporting this.”
